DELIVERY & PICKUP
1. Delivery Areas
AVALYS offers delivery of flowers, floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to the following areas:
Neuilly-sur-Seine
Courbevoie
Puteaux
Levallois-Perret
Boulogne-Billancourt
Paris 8th, 16th and 17th Arrondissements
Outside these delivery areas, in-store pickup remains available.
2. Delivery Hours
Deliveries are available during the following hours:

The customer selects a delivery date and time slot from the available options offered when placing the order.
Delivery slots represent a delivery time window, not a guaranteed exact delivery time.
3. Same-Day Delivery
Orders confirmed by 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, may be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability and available delivery slots.
A preparation time of 4 hours during the shop’s operating hours is taken into account when determining available delivery slots.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be scheduled for a later date.
Sunday Delivery: Orders must be placed in advance, no later than the previous day, subject to the availability shown on the website. Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays.
Certain products require additional preparation time, particularly plants and wedding or funeral floral arrangements. Available dates are indicated when placing the order.

The minimum order amount for delivery is €30 (including VAT).
Free delivery is available for orders of €150 or more (including VAT) in products per delivery, provided that the products are delivered together, to the same address, on the same date, and within the same delivery time slot.
For deliveries to different addresses, on different dates, or during different time slots, delivery fees and the free delivery threshold are calculated separately.
5. Free In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free, with no minimum purchase required.

6. Information Required for Delivery
To facilitate delivery, the customer is requested to provide:
The recipient’s name
The full delivery address
A valid phone number
The access code, floor number, and any other information useful to the delivery driver
If the address is incorrect, information is missing, or the recipient is absent, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
AVALYS may contact the recipient or return the order to the shop if delivery cannot be completed. A new delivery attempt may incur additional charges.
7. Flowers and Natural Products
Flowers and plants are natural products whose appearance may vary slightly depending on the season and stock arrivals.
Certain flowers may be substituted with equivalent varieties, while respecting the essential characteristics of the ordered arrangement and the customer’s statutory rights.
To preserve their freshness, cut flowers should be placed promptly in clean water, away from heat and direct sunlight.
