Can I get same-day delivery?<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">Yes, from Monday to Saturday, for orders confirmed by 3:00 PM, subject to product availability and available delivery slots.<\/p><p>Preparation time is required. Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays.<\/p><p>Certain products, particularly plants and wedding or funeral floral arrangements, require additional preparation time.<\/p><h2>2. Which areas do you deliver to?<\/h2><p>We deliver to Neuilly-sur-Seine, Courbevoie, Puteaux, Levallois-Perret, Boulogne-Billancourt, as well as the 8th, 16th and 17th arrondissements of Paris.<\/p><p>Outside these delivery areas, you can choose in-store pickup.<\/p><h2>3. What are the delivery fees?<\/h2><ul><li><p>Neuilly-sur-Seine : 6 \u20ac<\/p><\/li><li><p>Courbevoie : 8 \u20ac<\/p><\/li><li><p>Other delivery areas: \u20ac10<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">Delivery is available for orders of \u20ac30 or more (including VAT).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Free delivery is available for purchases of \u20ac150 or more (including VAT) in products per delivery, provided they are delivered to the same address, on the same date, and within the same time slot.<\/p><p>Separate deliveries are calculated individually.<\/p><h2>4. Can I choose the delivery date and time?<\/h2><p>You can select a delivery date and time slot from the available options on the website.<\/p><p>Deliveries are available:<\/p><ul><li><p>Monday to Saturday: 11:30 AM \u2013 7:00 PM<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sunday: 11:00 AM \u2013 1:30 PM<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.<\/p><h2>6. What happens if the recipient is absent?<\/h2><p>Our delivery driver may attempt to contact the recipient to find a suitable solution.<\/p><p>If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to the shop. A new delivery attempt may incur additional charges.<\/p><p>To facilitate delivery, please ensure you provide a complete address, a phone number, and any necessary access information.<\/p><h2>7. Are the bouquets identical to the photographs?<\/h2><p>Each bouquet is handcrafted using fresh flowers.<\/p><p>Depending on the season and flower availability, slight variations may occur. Certain varieties may be substituted with equivalent flowers, while preserving the style and essential characteristics of the ordered arrangement.<\/p><p>Each creation is unique.<\/p><h2>8. Can I add a personalised message?<\/h2><p>Yes, you can add a personalised message free of charge when placing your order, to accompany your bouquet or gift.<\/p><h2>9. Can I modify or cancel my order?<\/h2><p>If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p><p>We will review your request based on the order\u2019s preparation status, the nature of the products, and the applicable terms and conditions.<\/p><p>The consumer\u2019s statutory rights remain fully applicable.<\/p><h2>10. Can I return a bouquet or plant?<\/h2><p>Fresh flowers and other products liable to deteriorate rapidly are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>For eligible non-perishable products, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the law and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p><p>If a product is damaged or does not conform to your order, please contact us so that we can review your request. Your statutory rights and guarantees remain applicable.<\/p><h2>11. How can I keep my bouquet fresh for longer?<\/h2><p>To keep your flowers fresh:<\/p><ul><li><p>Use a clean vase and fresh water.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Trim the stems at an angle.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Change the water regularly.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>How long the flowers stay fresh depends on the varieties and storage conditions.<\/p><h2>12.
